Toray Carbon Fibers Decatur, AL: Installation of 300 truckloads of carbon fiber manufacturing machinery. This machinery was offloaded, uncrated, assembled and installed with extremely tight alignment specifications of .05mm. Equipment consisted of 60,000 lb.tanks, 50,000 lb. towers, 100,000 lb. furnaces, drive stations, rolls, baths, pumps, and fans.

Toray Flourofibers Decatur, AL: Dismantled, loaded and transported 47 truckloads of Teflon Fiber Strand equipment from Richmond, VA to Decatur, AL. Offloaded, set, levelled and aligned equipment in Decatur, AL. The removal site in Richmond, VA was a Dupont facility, we were given the highest compliments by Dupont Safety about our quality and safety practices while on the job. Project was completed earlier than timeline required by customer.

Aida Dayton Technolgies Dayton, OH: Offloaded, assembled and set multiple presses at JSC in Rockmart, GA including 2,500 Ton & 3,000 Ton Metal Transfer Stamping Presses which shipped to site in 75 separate crates for each press. Single heaviest picks on projects were Bed: 465,000 lb. and Crown: 505,000 lb.. The Crown unit had to be lifted 35’ and set on keyways with minimal clearance.

Nippon Express Corporation Los Angeles: Offloaded and installed all presses at new facility (Unipres – Portland, TN) Including a range of presses from 200 Ton to 2,000 Ton.

Vought Aircraft Nashville, TN: Autoclave installation involving 4 – Main pieces, Door - 70,000 18’ Dia. , and 3 Sections - 68,000 lb. 16’ Dia. 30’ Long each. Equipment used to complete the installation was our 400 Ton 4 – Point Hydraulic Gantry Lift System , 75 Ton Mobilift, & 200 Ton Crane. Each individual piece was offloaded, set on temporary cradles, then moved into place with Gantry system, aligned for welding as complete unit.

Production Machinery Corporation Mentor, Ohio: We have installed two (2) Push Type Steel Pickle Lines and Acid Regeneration Plants. One plant located at Mitchell Steel in Nashville, Tennessee , and the other at Capital Metals in Torrance, California .

Challenger Electrical Materials Challenger Union Box Parkersburg, West Virginia: Contract to disconnect, tag, load, transport, unload, set level, and reassemble all equipment located in Challenger plants in Albermarle, North Carolina and Parkersburg, West Virginia, and relocate in Portland, Tennessee, plant.
